TUITION AND HOURS OF CARE

Tuition rates are for normal daycare services. If your child has more needs price's will need to be adjusted.

You can arrange earlier drop of times. Discuss needs for care outside these times and I will try to accommodate reasonable requests at a possible additional fee.

Fulltime: 40-45 Hours a week

Over 45 hours will cost $2 more hour per child, must get prior approval

Infants (birth to 18 months) $125 per week

Toddlers and Preschoolers $100 per week, If potty trained only $90 week or school age kids.

Yearly supply/Enrollment fee $20, due on enrollment date with also deposit as in contract.

Before 0r After-school care: (ages 5 and up only)

$35 per week 15 or fewer hour’s week

Yearly supply/Enrollment fee $20, due on enrollment date with also deposit as in contract.

Both Before and after school care: (ages 5 and up only)

$60 per week~25 or fewer hour’s week

Yearly supply/Enrollment fee $20/year for full time care, due on enrollment date with also deposit as in contract.

School age children who are out of school for closing etc I will charge $15.00 per day additional from regular tuition costs. If child doesn’t attend weekly, will cost $25 per day when a child attends when school is out.

During spring/summer break will be $90 week up to 45hours per week.

Transportation costs to and from school are $20.00 per week plus above tuition to transport one way. The $20.00 transportation fee is ONLY to transport your child one time a day FOR A WEEK (5 DAYS). If you need your child transported 2 times day is $40.00 per week. Will offer discounts for siblings who attend same school.

Part time: 25 or fewer hour’s week ~I only will take part time rarely for kids under 5 years .

Prek students who attend half day will be $90 week if potty trained, if not potty trained will be $100 week, due to still considered a full time placement in my license capacity. All other placements $65.00 per week for 25 or less hours a week .

Occasional:

Emergency care (ages 5 and up) $3 per hour or $25 per full day. (Not to exceed 9 hours day per these prices)

Emergency care (ages 3-4) $3.50 an hour or $ 28 per full day (Not to exceed 9 hours day per these prices)

Emergency care (2 years old or younger) $4.00 an hour $32.00 (Not to exceed 9 hours day per these prices)

I do have brief contract for short term care that need’s to be filled out prior to me caring for your child (ren).

Enrollment fee $20 per child.

Late fees of $1 per minute you will be billed if you are late past the normal pick up time.

(This will be filled in the contract.) It will be added to the weekly tuition charge, Un less prior arrangements has been made in advance. I realize job pressures, traffic, and weather conditions occasionally affect your ability to arrive on time. However, since a habit of arriving late does affect my family life, I will need to charge late a fee if I feel a pattern of late arrival develops. Please feel free to discuss arrival and drop-off times with me if your needs vary, such as when you or your spouse need to travel .I will attempt to be flexible to meet your needs for occasional early arrival and late pick-up times, but these will need to be exceptions rather than a general rule so as not to unduly impact my own family.

If you are an SRS contracted client you are responsible for any fees that are not covered by SRS.

When you give me 2 weeks notice I will credit your deposit to the last weeks tuition. If you don’t give me 2 weeks notice on termination of my daycare services. I will keep your deposit and you will be responsible for any tuition for the last 2 weeks of daycare tuition. Even if you choose not to have your child (ren) attend the last 2 weeks. As is our daycare contract for my daycare services. Enrollment/Supply Fees are no refundable.
